About Me

I'm Carol Glynn, and I have spent more than two decades at the sharp end of finance - not just as an accountant, but as a senior leader, a coach, and a trusted adviser to individuals, small businesses, and some of the world's biggest organisations.

My career began at PwC in Ireland, where I trained as a Chartered Accountant in the Investment Management department - auditing some of the world's largest investment management companies, their funds, and their holdings. That experience gave me a rare, inside view of how investment products are actually structured and managed, knowledge I now bring directly to my clients when helping them invest with confidence. I then moved to Ernst & Young in Abu Dhabi, before taking on senior regional leadership roles at AIG Insurance and Control Risks. As CFO, I was responsible for $4 billion in income across 42 countries - overseeing large finance teams and driving financial performance at the highest level across some of the world's most complex operating environments.

I am a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), a qualified ICF-Trained Life and Finance Coach, and I hold a Reiki qualification, which I draw on when working with clients on the energetic relationship between mindset and money. I believe that how we think and feel about money is just as important as what we do with it.

Today, through Conscious Finance Coaching, I work with individuals, women, small business owners, and corporates across the UAE and globally - helping them take control of their finances, build lasting confidence with money, and create real, measurable results in their lives and their organisations.
